METHOD:
Season the anchovies with bio olive oil with citron and bio olive oil with lemon, salt, pepper, grounded parsley and 1/2 lemon juice. Put the anchovies open and elongate in an oven pan and cook for about 3 minutes at 180 degrees. Make many mono layers in box of 10cm or directly in the pan putting a piece of carasau bread, a layer of olive paté, a little of burrata, 1 cleaned courgette flower, 1open anchovies, 1 slice of basil and again carasau. Make at least 2 layers. Put everything in the oven with grill for 2minutes.
