Production:
To produce this truffle cream only top quality ingredients are used: first of all the black truffle, “tuber aestiuvum”. The truffle is ground and mixed with cream reduced mushrooms. To add a special touch, add the right amount of anchovy paste. The cream obtained is then mixed and blended to our precious extra virgin olive oil extracted cold. Our CREAM OF BLACK TRUFFLES is ready to be potted and pasteurized. Despite executing an handmade process, the farm respects and values every hygienic measures provided for by the law (HACCP system).
